We seek talent eager to join a team committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in manufacturing. **Job Objective** The assembly process produces parts, equipment, and systems that meet or exceed the technical and quality specifications required by the customer, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability in every integration. **Requirements** Education: * Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 1–3 years in similar assembly, mechanical/electrical integration, or manufacturing roles. * Experience with assembly tools and techniques for mounting electronic components and mechanical parts. **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and electrical/pneumatic diagrams. * Use of hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). * Basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly. * Basic operation of conventional machine tools. * Cabinet electrical and control system integration knowledge (desirable). * Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics, including reading and interpreting technical diagrams. * Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to product assembly. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Organization and ability to follow instructions. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Analytical ability and capacity to solve technical problems. **We Offer** Base salary (based on experience) Statutory benefits Opportunity for professional growth Participation in specialized industrial projects Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora. **Schedule**\- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
