Job stability **Security Shift Supervisor** **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise security personnel assigned to various services, ensuring proper compliance with instructions, operational procedures, and quality standards established by the company and the client. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site and periodic supervision at assigned services. * Verify attendance, punctuality, appearance, and performance of operational staff. * Ensure compliance with instructions, security protocols, and internal regulations. * Address incidents, reports, and operational situations arising during the shift. * Maintain constant communication with operational staff, clients, and internal company departments. * Support service coverage in cases of absences, incidents, or extraordinary situations. * Prepare supervision reports, incident reports, and operational updates. * Train and reinforce staff on procedures, discipline, and best operational practices. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. * Supervise appropriate use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools. **Requirements** * Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). * Prior experience as a security supervisor or guard (desirable). * Availability to travel between different service locations. * Basic knowledge of security instructions and protocols. * Basic proficiency in report writing and forms. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management. * Strong communication skills and client interaction. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. * Responsibility, discipline, and integrity. * Organization and sense of urgency. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional growth opportunity. * Ongoing training. **Schedule** Shift-based role with flexible availability.
