Responsibilities * Planning, coordination, and logistical distribution of security assignments. * Monitoring attendance of operational staff. * Processing payroll pre-submissions for staff. * Filling out Excel workforce templates and shift schedules/rosters. * Responding to customer requests via telephone and email. * Delivering GPS tracking equipment. * Managing operational staff and resolving conflicts during emergencies. * Training assigned staff on client-specific requirements. * Supervising assigned staff to maintain workplace discipline. * Capturing information and forwarding it to internal departments and clients.
