




Job Summary: This role involves processing travel documentation, elaborating and validating waybills, managing missing documentation, and preparing activity reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing and stamping waybills. 2. Management and assurance of documentation required for waybill stamping. 3. Maintenance of order and reporting of anomalies in equipment and workplace. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Certified Public Accountant or related field (degree holder). * Microsoft proficiency: Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position. * Residence in Altamira (preferred). * Availability to rotate shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Request necessary documentation from the traffic executive to generate the travel log. * Prepare the loading order for each container or service as required (Waybill). * Stamp waybills daily and accurately. * Manage and ensure missing documentation required for waybill stamping. * Record the report number in the Loading Program for each trip completed. * Dispatch documentation/expenses to Operators.
