We are seeking a Receptionist to work at the branch located in **MORALILLO (across the bridge)** **Requirements:** * Must reside near the workplace (Tampico city center / El Moralillo / surrounding areas) * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma, verifiable. * Proficiency in basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Office suite is mandatory. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in this position. * Availability for rotating shifts: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; rotating weekend days off. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Administrative functions * Filing * Data entry * Billing * Customer and supplier service * Switchboard operation **Core Responsibilities:** * Answering and receiving phone calls * Receiving and assisting suppliers * Client billing * Providing support across various administrative departments * And other duties.
