Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervise the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and cost control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service delivery, monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate supervised staff through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
