Responsibilities include managing B2B portals, tracking audits, handling complaints and customer releases, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in the scorecard. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with experience working with OEM/Tier 1 customers, knowledge of IATF 16949, and leadership and conflict resolution skills.
