We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. **Main responsibilities:** * Post open positions on various recruitment platforms * Conduct initial interviews and assess communication skills * Schedule interviews with other members of the company’s team * Implement strategies to attract candidates * Submit candidate files on time and as required **Requirements:** Prior recruitment experience (minimum 6 months). Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration or related field (in progress, intern, or completed). Organized, with a sense of urgency and commitment. Must reside no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes away. **We offer:** Base salary of $12,000 gross per month. Productivity bonus of $3,000.
