




Job Summary: Supervises and trains personnel to ensure compliance with processes and product quality, and implements corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and monitoring of assigned personnel 2. Training and coaching of the team 3. Implementation of corrective actions • Supervises and monitors activities of assigned personnel to meet customer requirements • Prepares daily attendance reports • Trains and coaches assigned personnel on work instructions • Implements corrective actions arising from process nonconformities, audits, and/or customer complaints • Some responsibilities are defined in this document; however, responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System processes must also be fulfilled. • Those assigned by the immediate supervisor • Prepare the Daily Operations Start-up Checklist, and also when downtime exceeds 3 hours. • Verify compliance with assigned personnel’s activities • Halt production if nonconforming products are observed or if operator physical safety is at risk • Control nonconforming outputs from their process • Ensure proper use of materials and equipment. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Experience: * SUPERVISOR : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
