Optimizes space utilization and manages materials **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Leads and coordinates warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch), ensuring inventory control, efficiency, safety, and optimal space utilization. Manages timely requisition and delivery of materials, tools, and consumables in correct quantities. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Supervises receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring compliance with established processes. * Controls inventories, incoming/outgoing goods, and accuracy of records. * Coordinates and trains personnel, assigning tasks and shifts. * Optimizes space usage, maintains order, cleanliness, and safety, resolving incidents. * Manages receipt, storage, and delivery of materials. * Maintains records, traceability, and management reports. * Collaborates with internal departments, suppliers, and customers. * Complies with safety, environmental, and IMS standards, supporting departmental activities. **REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL:** * Technical degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Administration, or related field. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Material receiving and delivery. * Knowledge of recording and controlling incoming and outgoing goods. * Knowledge of inventory handling and rotation. * Knowledge of material arrangement and storage. * Knowledge of material classification and labeling. * Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Enkontrol, or Oracle). **LANGUAGES:** * **Spanish** **EXPERIENCE:** * 2 years performing similar duties as warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager.
