A manufacturing company is seeking a "**Production Supervisor**". ***Main Responsibilities:*** Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assigned team. Ensure compliance with established production schedules. Facilitate, promote, and implement Lean initiatives that drive continuous improvement. Manage operational incidents and propose improvement actions. Promote a work environment based on discipline, order, and teamwork. ***Requirements:*** Education: Engineering degree or bachelor's degree. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector. Proven experience with various CNC machines and processes. Knowledge of measuring instruments.
