Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Leader to coordinate, supervise, and optimize daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellence in logistics processes. Management of receiving, packaging, and shipping processes. **Warehouse Leader / Operations and Logistics Supervisor** **About the Position:** We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and *"hands-on"* Warehouse Leader to coordinate, supervise, and optimize our daily operations. If you are a natural leader who leads by example, possess a strong sense of urgency, and are passionate about order and the 5S methodology, we want to meet you! You will be responsible for leading our team of warehouse assistants, ensuring that receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping processes are executed with excellence, quality, and within established timeframes. **What will you do daily?** * **Team Leadership:** Assign daily tasks to warehouse assistants, balance workloads, and train new staff. * **Inbound/Outbound Management:** Coordinate container unloading, qualitative/quantitative receiving, palletizing, as well as safe loading, unloading, and shipping of local and foreign orders. * **Quality Assurance and Evidence Collection:** Audit the *Picking & Packing* process and supervise the timely capture and submission of visual evidence (photos/videos) for each operation and shipment. * **Fleet Control:** Audit vehicle usage/maintenance logs and daily inspections of utility vehicles to ensure their physical and mechanical condition. * **Maintenance and Optimization:** Direct rack reorganization, implement deep-cleaning routines, manage cardboard recycling, and maintain standards of the **5S Methodology**. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma, Technical Degree in Logistics, or Bachelor’s/Engineering degree (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** 2–3 verifiable years as a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Warehouse Leader, managing operational staff. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate Office skills (Excel for reporting and logs). * Proficiency in using technological tools (smartphones/tablets) for multimedia evidence management. * Mastery of packaging techniques (stretch wrapping, palletizing, proper stacking). * Basic knowledge of cargo vehicle inspection and warehouse civil protection concepts. * **Key Skills:** Participative leadership, extreme attention to detail, sense of urgency, proactivity, discipline, and strong focus on organization. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly Salary:** *$12,000 initial* * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, uniforms, company phone, etc. * **Work Location:** *Eje 128 \- Eje 130* Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in warehouses?
