This role is critical to the development, optimization, and enhancement of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and profitability. **Requirements** · Education: Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. · Experience: 3–5 years in product design and development within manufacturing or furniture industries. **Skills:** · Analytical thinking and problem-solving. · Creativity and innovation in product design. · Management of multiple projects simultaneously. · Teamwork and effective communication. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Monthly salary: Negotiable based on experience. * Benefits: 15-day year-end bonus, proportional vacation days, vacation premium (25%), and more. * Employment type: Indefinite-term contract (1-month probationary period). * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** · Design and develop new retail furniture products, from concept through to production. · Optimize materials, processes, and costs to improve profitability and efficiency. · Coordinate with design, production, and quality departments to validate prototypes and improvements. · Conduct technical feasibility studies, strength tests, and durability testing. · Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality regulations and standards. · Identify innovation opportunities in materials and production techniques. · Implement improvements to existing products without compromising quality. · Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM). · Collaborate with suppliers in selecting materials and components. · Support resolution of technical issues during production.
