Their primary objective is to ensure efficient use of resources, identify variances, and propose strategies for expense optimization and profitability improvement. **Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or specialization in Cost Control. **Experience** * 3–7 years of experience in: * Cost control * Cost accounting * Operational finance * Preferred experience in: manufacturing, construction, hospitality, retail, or industries with complex cost structures. **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.). * Knowledge of costing methodologies: * Standard costing * ABC costing * Activity-based costing * Solid knowledge of: * General accounting * Budgeting * Financial KPIs * Margin and profitability analysis Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $23,000\.00 \- $26,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
