DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Control and Maintenance Engineer focused on the efficient management of fleets and internal machinery. The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper operation and availability of vehicle units and equipment through the planning, control, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance. This role directly impacts business operational continuity, reducing failures, optimizing costs, and ensuring traceability in maintenance processes. We seek an organized, analytical, and proactive profile, focused on control and continuous improvement—ideal for junior talent with high development potential. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * 2–3 years of experience in fleet or machinery maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Experience managing maintenance logs and schedules. * Experience interacting with workshops and suppliers. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (minimum 70%). * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or equivalent technical qualification.
