HR here serves as structural business defense. ### **Corporate Responsibilities** * Design and implement the corporate Human Capital strategy for a multi-site holding focused on real estate. * Lead documentation institutionalization: policies, manuals, audit-ready processes, and internal controls. * Oversee executive and strategic recruitment in Mexico and the USA (critical real estate, finance, legal, and operations profiles). * Standardize labor and disciplinary processes across real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate units. * Design corporate pay scales, strategic compensation (C&B) models, and talent KPIs. * Ensure compliance with STPS, IMSS, IDSE, NOMs, real estate contracts, and board guidelines. * Implement Organizational Development models oriented toward expansion, financing, and institutional professionalization. ### **Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)** * 8+ years in corporate Human Resources. * 5+ years as an HR Manager or Director. * Minimum 5 years within the real estate sector (developers, funds, real estate marketing, assets). * Proven experience recruiting strategic and executive-level profiles (not only operational roles). * Demonstrable experience in institutionalization, audits, and documentary traceability. * Practical experience working with Mexico–USA structures and binational recruitment. * Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or similar. * Proficiency in compensation design, pay scales, performance KPIs, and bonus structures. * Advanced English. Valid visa and passport. * Residence in Baja California or genuine willingness to relocate.
