Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervision Resident to execute and supervise infrastructure projects for Communications and Transportation, ensuring project compliance and supporting administrative control. Support in administrative control of the construction work We are a 100% Mexican company; our primary market is infrastructure construction for Communications and Transportation, as well as related services in planning and project development. We are currently seeking: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION RESIDENT WITH STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE – Willingness to travel Objective: To carry out supervision-related tasks for the construction project, ensuring continuous inspection and monitoring, verifying that the work is executed in accordance with the project plans and specifications. To support the Supervision Manager or Site Manager in the administrative control of the project regarding budgets, progress, and scheduling. Requirements: Civil Engineer (Degree and Professional License mandatory) Preparation of daily logs. Minimum of 5 years’ general experience as a Construction Supervision Resident, with experience in Roadways and Structural Engineering Knowledge of Surveying (equipment and measurement). Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling, including machinery productivity analysis. Knowledge of Regulations: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works Legislation; SCT Regulations and Construction Systems; AASHTO Standards for bridges. Valid driver’s license Experience in: Execution of Detailed Engineering Projects. Effective administration of assigned resources—human and material. Regulatory compliance. Use of surveying equipment and measurement procedures. Execution, supervision, and control of road infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Verifies timely and proper execution of construction works. Documents progress tracking of construction works. Prepares and submits reports related to construction progress. Supports administration of human resources under supervision. Manages, supervises, and safeguards the company’s material resources.
