Join our team! **Job Mission** The job mission is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the store team, ensuring the proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing with actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service, monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities performed by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business performance metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the store. \- Implement actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and arrangement, as well as organization and cleanliness of the assigned store. \- Evaluate supervised staff through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school.
