Job Summary: Supervises work crews and subcontractors, verifies material quality, and ensures compliance with safety standards while preparing construction logs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and preparation of the Construction Log **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or Architectural Engineer (Intern or Graduate) * **Software:** AutoCAD (Intermediate), CIVIL CAD, and Office suite proficiency for reporting; intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced ability to read architectural, structural, and installation drawings * Proficiency in using levels, total stations, or other measuring tools * Knowledge of the Public Works Law (if applicable) or local construction regulations **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $17,000 MXN * Weekly payments * Growth opportunities **Responsibilities:** * Directly supervise work crews and subcontractors. * Verify the quality of received materials and their proper application. * Ensure compliance with safety standards (use of PPE, signage). * Prepare the **Construction Log**, documenting incidents and progress. * Immediately report technical deviations or supply shortages. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM * Saturdays, 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM **Work Location:** Militar, 55845 Teotihuacán de Arista, Méx.
