Ceramic company is looking for a Security Guard for CEDIS **Position Objective:** Safeguard the physical integrity of employees, customers, and assets of the FERCO store through preventive actions, access control, continuous surveillance, and incident response, ensuring a safe and orderly environment. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary: $10,700 (weekly payment) * Weekly payment of $2,600 flat * Monthly gross bonus for punctuality and attendance: $1,696 * Uniforms provided by the company * Statutory benefits from day one * Monday to Sunday with one weekly day off (rotating) * Weekend and holiday work according to rotation schedule **Main Responsibilities:** * Control the entry and exit of people and vehicles to the store. * Conduct preventive patrols inside and outside the premises. * Supervise the opening and closing of the store. * Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise according to established protocols. * Handle any risk situation or incident with respect and firmness. * Report anomalies, shortages, or suspicious behaviors. * Assist in personnel evacuation during emergencies. * Comply with and enforce internal security regulations. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Minimum completed secondary school. * Experience: 1 year as a security guard (preferably in stores or retail outlets). * Payment exclusively via BBVA (mandatory) * Availability for rotating 12x12 shifts Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,700.00 - $11,700.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Experience: * Security: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
