**\*Duties and responsibilities.** \-Follow required hygiene measures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE). \-Carry out daily activities according to requirements for meeting production program goals. \-Receive carts of dough. \-Perform operations required for product preparation. \-Perform operations related to the extrusion machine handling. \-Supervise and maintain area machinery, reporting maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor. \-Perform operations for handling cutting machines used in product manufacturing. \-Perform operations for assembling trays used in product manufacturing. \-Perform operations for frying the required product. \-Check that fryers are at the correct temperature. \-Perform centrifuging operations.
