At **Monopark**, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and leadership-capable individual to supervise operational processes and ensure timely follow-up with customers, suppliers, and the work team. **Main responsibilities** * Coordinate and track deliveries, installations, and order logistics, ensuring continuous customer service and on-time, accurate fulfillment. * Manage freight and installation quotations with rapid response times and negotiate with suppliers. * Supervise inventories, goods receipt, and container unloading, ensuring warehouse control and zero discrepancies. * Administer travel allowances, fuel consumption reporting, and operational route control. * Register new customers in the Odoo system and keep operational information up to date. * Monitor staff incidents and ensure smooth daily operations. * Address and resolve customer complaints or clarifications, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and service. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehousing. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory and route management. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems (Odoo preferred). * Supplier negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and strong customer focus. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership * Organization * Problem solving * Effective communication * Sense of urgency * Working under pressure **We offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. **Location:** Calle 71 \#500, colonia Roble Agrícola, Mérida, Yucatán **Schedule:** Full-time **If you are interested in joining our team, apply through this channel.** Salary: $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Logistics, distribution, or warehousing: 2 years (Mandatory) * Managing operational staff: 2 years (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
