Within our environment, we foster the growth of our professionals by offering a challenging, innovative, and personally developmental setting—with a constant focus on pursuing excellence. **The professional we seek must meet the following profile:** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Computer Science, Computing, or related field (Graduated). * 3–4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer on Force.com (Apex), Visualforce, triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and JavaScript. * Experience using Apex Data Loader. * At least 2 years of development experience in Java or .NET. * Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming. * Experience developing interfaces. * Experience with GTI, Salesforce Metadata API, sandboxes, and deployment tools. * Experience with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components. * Ability to write and optimize Apex code for more advanced and complex customizations. * Writing and executing test scripts. * Conducting requirements analysis and documentation. * Solid knowledge of declarative tools. * Ability to customize the platform by creating custom fields, custom objects, and custom layout pages. * Knowledge of integrations with other applications and systems using tools such as REST and SOAP APIs, and integration tools like MuleSoft. * Ability to plan and execute data migrations from external sources into Salesforce. * Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce-based solutions. * Prior experience with development tools such as Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, And Migration Tool, and others. * Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and continuous integration environments. * Experience interacting directly with end users during requirements gathering, design, and testing. * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team, explaining technical concepts clearly. * Desired certifications: Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder Certification, Process Automation, Salesforce Associate. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. **You will be responsible for the following functions and activities:** * Providing technical expertise regarding evaluation, analysis, and development of technological solutions, including integration with other enterprise software solutions. * Working directly with the Project Manager, software architects, and end users to translate business requirements into Force.com-based solutions. * Participating in and contributing to all project milestones—including design, configuration, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Developing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and corporate goals. * Collaborating with internal and external developers to coordinate project execution. * Building Visualforce pages and custom controllers with Lightning view. * Creating records, user logins, and triggers. * Integrating with external REST-type systems. * Apex triggers. * Process Builder and Process Flows. * Web service calls. * Developing Web Services to support integration with other corporate applications. * Developing and maintaining Visualforce pages (HTML, PDF). * Managing and creating Apex classes. * Participating in all relevant training and certification programs for products, solutions, and procedures to acquire and maintain the necessary knowledge to perform effectively in this role. **Required Soft Skills:** * Effective communication—ability to convey clear ideas to both technical and non-technical teams. * Problem-solving and critical thinking—ability to tackle challenges. * Adaptability and time management—flexibility to adjust to changes and meet deadlines. * Empathy and negotiation skills—understanding and meeting stakeholder needs while reaching mutually beneficial agreements. * Mentoring and talent development—supporting the professional growth of other team members. * Professional ethics—commitment to integrity and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
