This role ensures achievement of production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives while leading cross\-functional teams to meet customer and business requirements. The Operations Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to align operational execution with overall business strategy. **What you'll do** **Production Planning \& Execution:** Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet demand, delivery, and service targets. Adjust labor, equipment, and capacity plans based on forecast changes. **Quality \& Continuous Improvement:** Ensure compliance with product quality standards and drive corrective and preventive actions. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput. **People Management:** Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and hourly employees. Manage performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning. **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions. **Logistics \& Inventory Management:** Coordinate shipping, warehousing, and inventory levels to support on\-time delivery and cost efficiency. Partner with Supply Chain to improve forecasting and material availability. **Financial \& Performance Management:** Manage operational budgets, labor costs, and material usage. Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, productivity, and OTIF, and implement action plans as needed. Remember that each Associate is responsible for their safety within the company; if you detect any act or unsafe condition in your workstation or that of your colleagues and within the company, you must report it or ask for help to eradicate it to avoid incidents, damage to property, first aid and accidents. **Who you are** 90% English proficiency. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e\-mail skills required. SAP system. Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management systems, and lean manufacturing practices. Will be critical a quick and deep understanding and knowledge of HDs operating policies and procedures required. Also key to fast\-track onboarding and training for mastering knowledge of HD's culture and guiding principles. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 5–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or distribution operations, with at least 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
