Basic training for staff on visual merchandising and organization **Visual Image Assistant (Retail)** **Location:** Coahuila **Salary:** $10,000 monthly + statutory benefits **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized individual with an eye for visual order in retail stores, who can support proper product display and compliance with basic visual identity guidelines. This person will ensure stores maintain a clean, organized, and customer-attractive appearance, supporting promotion implementation and merchandise placement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise correct in-store product display * Assist with layout changes and merchandise placement * Monitor compliance with basic visual identity guidelines * Conduct store visits (throughout Coahuila) * Identify areas for improvement in product display * Support promotion setup * Provide basic training to staff on visual merchandising and organization **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (sales, floor, visual merchandising, or similar) * Strong appreciation for order, presentation, and attention to detail * Willingness to travel between stores (throughout Coahuila) * Proactive and responsible attitude **Competencies:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Basic communication skills * Teamwork * Ability to follow instructions **We Offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Brand discounts Apply through this channel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $10,001.00 per month Work location: On the road
