Job Description: At **Grupo Amalgama**, a company dedicated to domestic and international freight transportation and logistics, we are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to join our administration team. The selected candidate will support the accurate calculation and payment of payroll for operational staff (drivers, mechanics, administrative personnel), ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of weekly and biweekly preliminary payroll for operational and administrative staff. * Recording and tracking of payroll incidents: trips, bonuses, overtime hours, absences, vacations, and medical leaves. * Calculation of severance payments, final settlements, and disbursement of payments. * CFDI payroll receipt stamping and stamp control. * Calculation and review of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and SUA contributions. * Support in preparing labor cost reports per unit or operational center. * Coordination with internal and external audits. * Coordination with Human Resources and Accounting departments.
