Position Summary: Koonol is seeking a results-oriented Production Manager focused on quality and food safety to ensure the efficiency of production processes and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads planning and coordination of production. 2. Supervises production processes and ensures quality standards. 3. Manages and develops operational staff. At Koonol, we are looking for a Production Manager with a focus on results, quality, and food safety to ensure efficient compliance with our production processes. Main responsibilities include: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate production according to demand and installed capacity. - Supervise production processes under BPM, POES, and HACCP standards. - Control raw material, input, and work-in-process inventories (FIFO and traceability). - Ensure optimal hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation conditions in production areas. - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. - Monitor KPIs: efficiency, yield, waste, productivity, and downtime. - Implement continuous improvement and process standardization. - Manage and develop operational staff (training and supervision). - Guarantee compliance with regulations such as NOM-22000, FSSC food safety and hygiene. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 4 years of experience Age: between 28 and 50 years Knowledge: Quality, ERP SAP, Food Safety, Microsip, Production Processes Driver’s license: A Keywords: leader, manager, director, chief, lead, supervisor, head, regent, production, produce, manufacturing, fabrication, elaboration, making, manufacture, production
