Use of CONTPAQ and Excel for financial control We require an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT for a real estate company: REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • Experience in electronic invoicing (CFDI) • Experience in payroll calculation and disbursement • Proficiency in CONTPAQ and invoicing/payroll software or systems • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and financial information management • Organized, analytical person with attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple projects and accounting transactions • Driver's license (desirable, as the company provides a vehicle for certain errands, e.g., visits to SAT) WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM OFFICE LOCATION: Col.
