Maximize customer service and customer loyalty **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assists service staff (waiters) in keeping tables clean during service, setting tables immediately after they are vacated, and ensuring service stations are always adequately stocked to expedite service to our customers. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** * Support and assist waiters in their responsibilities before, during, and after service. * Keep the service station clean and organized. * Set tables in the restaurant. * Prepare for service. * Clean utensils before placing them on the table according to established procedures. * Serve beverages when required. * Remove used items from tables. * Keep tables clean during and after service. * Implement the instruction “as a table leaves, a table is set.” * Always ask the customer first before removing anything from their table. * Pick up dishes from the kitchen and deliver them to waiters or directly to customers. * Perform assigned cleaning tasks. **JOB GOALS AND OUTCOMES** Maximize customer service and thereby achieve customer loyalty.
