One customer, one family, one community at a time. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** We are looking for .NET/.NET Framework developers to be part of our team to extend the functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting of our backend apps (primarily compound of daemon/Windows services) in charge of handling transactional processing, ad\-hoc requests and scheduled processes. Other technologies heavily used are MS\-SQL as well as FTP, Email (POP3, IMAP), PGP, SSRS, etc. This person will work in a team that comprises several developers, and that is in permanent contact with our Quality Assurance team, as well as our project managers, under the leadership of the Dev Lead member of our team. Also, our team will be in permanent contact with teams from other areas of software development and administration (APIs development, Database Administrators, UI Applications, Business analysts, etc.). Our team is also in charge of providing support for our applications in our production environment that is coordinated with other teams around the globe. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES*** Develop the code that implements the business rules, data processing, and calculations that drive the application's functionality. * Adhering to coding standards and best practices to produce high\-quality code that is easy to understand, test, and maintain by other developers. * Develop unit tests, integration tests, and other automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the backend code. Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during development, testing, or in production. * Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to other developers. * Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the backend codebase, APIs, and system architecture to aid in understanding, onboarding, and future maintenance. * Working closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless communication and integration between the backend and user interface. * Collaborating with DevOps engineers for deployment and infrastructure management, and with Quality Assurance (QA) teams for testing and bug reporting. * Adapting to new technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and industry best practices to improve skills and keep the system modern.. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. * A minimum of 3 years' experience with software development. * Experience working with TRANSACT\-SQL (Stored procedures, schema changes, etc.) * 2 years of experience working integrating with REST API, SOAP, XML, Windows Services. * Team work. **PERKS \& BENEFITS*** Competitive salary * 1 month of Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus) * 15 days’ vacation * Life insurance * Food vouchers * Work\-life Balance * Growth Opportunities Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
