Position Summary: We are seeking a creative architect with vision and solid technical knowledge, capable of conceiving and developing architectural projects from conceptualization through to construction supervision, creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive architectural project design and development. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in vertical housing projects is mandatory. 3. Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). We seek a creative architect with vision and solid technical knowledge, capable of conceiving and developing architectural projects from conceptualization through to construction supervision. The primary objective is to design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces that meet client requirements and comply with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare conceptual architectural designs, preliminary designs, and executive project documents. * Develop drawings, technical specifications, and descriptive reports. * Meet established project delivery deadlines. * Deliver all documentation with high quality. * Provide effective and timely on-site solutions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural project design and development. * **MANDATORY**: 3 years of experience in vertical housing projects. * Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V\-Ray, Adobe Suite). * Knowledge of construction regulations and urban codes. * Urban design sensibility. * Excellent AutoCAD skills. * Project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **PROFILE:** Age between 24 and 29 years Educational level: Bachelor's degree Field of study: Architecture **OFFER:** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM Statutory benefits (30-day year-end bonus) Meal subsidy (50%) Work location: Av Adolfo López Mateos Nte 391, Circunvalación Guevara, 44680 Guadalajara, Jal.
