The **NPI Launch Engineer** reports directly to the NPI and Launch Manager. This role designs, develops, modifies and evaluates standard techniques, procedures and criteria for large projects of modest scope. Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts**ABOUT THE ROLE*** Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates standard techniques, procedures and criteria to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement. * Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. * Determine root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet requirements of project. * Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements. * Other duties as assigned. **ABOUT YOU*** Bachelor or university degree in Engineering * Five\+ years of experience * Deep knowledge of engineering practices * Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred * Knowledge in MS Office * Strong analytical skills * Strong communication skills * High attention to detail — , At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
