Engineer/technician to support maintenance and operation activities of EPE foam extrusion machinery, inventory control, and participation in development projects related to foam materials and field applications, acquiring practical experience in an industrial and innovative environment. **Job Offer:** * **Base Monthly Salary:** $12,000 MXN * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday, half-day * **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, job stability and development plan, training in industrial processes and equipment. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 23 years old * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Experience:** 1 year * **Education:** Technician or Engineer in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or related field **Knowledge:** * Basic electricity (AC and DC). * Basic/intermediate electronics (sensors, power supplies, motors, PLCs). * Use of manual and electric tools. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance. * Interest in manufacturing processes and plastic materials. * Computer equipment operation (records, control sheets). **Main Responsibilities:** * Support for basic preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Direct assistance to EPE foam extruder operator (startup, monitoring, basic adjustments, and cleaning). * Support for basic electrical and electronic installations (wiring, sensors, motors, panels). * Review and support for inventory control of materials, spare parts, and consumables. * Recording of production and maintenance data. * Participation in new foam product development projects. * Support for projects related to agricultural and field applications (protection, packaging, testing). * Compliance with industrial safety standards and workplace order. **Desirable:** * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Organization and discipline in the use of tools and procedures.
