




**POSITION: PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST** **Requirements** Proven experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations or related field. Experience in the Mining sector. Knowledge of standards: (Mandatory). Driver's license (Mandatory) **Experience:** · Minimum 1 year in operational and technical recruitment within mining or industrial sectors. · Desired experience hiring profiles such as operators, technicians, mechanics, electricians, supervisors, and mine administrative staff. **Knowledge:** · Interview techniques and competency-based assessment. · Use of recruitment sources (job portals, local job boards, social media). · Onboarding processes and employment documentation. · Mining safety regulations (desirable). **Skills:** · Effective communication. · Work under pressure and goal achievement. · Organization and planning. · Negotiation skills and empathy. · Customer service orientation. **Availability:** · Willingness to travel · Extended working hours according to project needs. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative personnel for mining projects. · Post job openings on internal and external platforms (job portals, social networks, job fairs, unions, etc.). · Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews. · Administer psychometric, technical, or specific skills tests according to the position profile. · Coordinate medical exams, drug testing, and verification of work history. · Manage onboarding of new employees (document submission, registrations, coordination with safety and training). · Maintain updated candidate database and vacancy coverage reports. · Participate in induction processes and new employee integration activities. · Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, initial turnover, effective sources, etc.). · Ensure compliance with internal policies, industrial safety regulations, and client guidelines. **We Offer:** · Salary: competitive weekly pay · Statutory benefits, Uniforms, Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.
