System Engineering, Mechanical Design, HW and SW). * Development of test strategies for validation of head lamp light modules * Performing reviews and assessments to ensure process compliance towards internal and external automotive standards and customer requirements. * Support in further developing product and process qualification measures to secure lessons learned * Methodical support of the project team for risk analysis and problem solving **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** * Graduate in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering. * 5 years of experience in quality / automotive industry, experienced product validation, product testing, and project launches, mechanical design knowledge preferable. * Knowledge of automotive lighting technology (esp. light modules) preferable. * Knowledge on quality core tools (Control plan, FMEA, measuring gauges, test equipment, dimensional management, GD\&T). * Problem\-solving (8D´s, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Good communication/ presentation skills, knowledge in product development processes and project management desirable * Fluent English Must. * Willingness for business travel Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.
