




**Objective** Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resources activities to align talent management with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a positive organizational culture, a healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities** · Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle, from candidate attraction through to hiring qualified personnel. · Administer the compensation and benefits program and payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution. · Develop and implement training, development, and performance evaluation plans for staff. · Supervise proper implementation of the internal work regulations and manage labor relations. · Promote a healthy work environment and a strong organizational culture through various initiatives and effective communication. · Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS regulations, INFONAVIT regulations, REPSE requirements, and other applicable regulations. · Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding matters related to their employment lifecycle within the company. **Key Activities** · Conducting job analysis, posting vacancies, interviewing candidates, and selecting suitable candidates. · Administering psychometric assessments and delivering candidate reports to hiring managers. · Establishing and managing agreements with job boards, universities, and technical schools to attract talent and develop internship programs. · Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees. · Delivering the New Employee Induction Course. · Managing personnel incidents (hires, terminations, vacations, leaves) for payroll calculation. · Timely calculation of IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT contributions, and payroll-related taxes. · Addressing employee inquiries, complaints, and conflicts, mediating to reach solutions. · Enforcing and monitoring compliance with internal work regulations, applying disciplinary measures when necessary. · Preparing and updating job descriptions. · Organizing team-building events and internal communications. · Managing performance evaluations and tracking action plans. · Implementing and monitoring occupational safety and health regulations (e.g., NOM-035). · Managing and maintaining up-to-date registration with REPSE, ensuring compliance with all its requirements.
