EXPERIENCE: * 7–12 years in electromechanical operations or maintenance * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams * Proficiency with SCADA systems, PLCs, variable-frequency drives, power systems, and machinery. KNOWLEDGE: * Medium- and high-voltage electrical installations. * Mechanical systems: pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC, etc. * Equipment reliability and failure analysis. * Maintenance management. * Budget control and operational cost analysis. * Industrial safety regulations and standards. TECHNICAL SKILLS: * Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Coordinate technical inspections, tests, calibrations, and diagnostics. * Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and industrial safety standards (NOM, NFPA, ISO, OSHA, etc.). * Supervise operational risk mitigation and emergency response plans. * Design energy efficiency strategies and resource optimization initiatives. * Methodological improvements, automation, digitalization, remote monitoring, SCADA, IoT. * Coordinate specialized technical teams. * Identify technical training needs. * Supervise technical service contracts and external maintenance services for electrical substations. * Evaluate technical proposals for equipment, spare parts, and services. * Insulation systems (mineral oil, vegetable oil, dry-type, resin). * Knowledge of cooling systems (ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, ODAF, etc.). * Mechanical assembly and installation. * Temperature rise / heating tests. * Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) and fault diagnosis. * Knowledge and skills in warehouse handling and control. * Knowledge and skills in logistics handling and control. * Sales management.
