**Grupo Sali Edificaciones**, a leading company in the development and construction of affordable housing, with 17 years of experience in the Laguna Region. We have delivered homes to over **4,800 families** and were recognized as the **National Top 3 INFONAVIT Developers** in 2020, 2021, and 2022\. Today, we face our biggest challenge: **17,002 new homes** across 8 residential developments. ***REQUIREMENTS***: ✔ Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field — **degree required** (mandatory) ✔ 5–8 years of experience in construction quality, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role ✔ Proven experience in affordable housing projects or INFONAVIT developments ✔ Knowledge of Mexican construction standards (NMX/NOM) and INFONAVIT technical requirements ✔ Experience implementing QMS, conducting quality audits, and managing performance indicators ✔ Proficiency in construction ERP systems (e.g., Enkontrol or similar) and advanced Excel ✔ Leadership, executive communication, and results-oriented skills ✔ Availability for on-site supervision across residential developments in the Laguna Region ***FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Design and implement the **Quality Management System (QMS)** for affordable housing construction processes. * Lead and coordinate the team of Quality Coordinators and Supervisors across all active residential developments. * Establish, update, and audit **construction quality standards** by phase (foundation, structure, masonry, installations, finishes, and handover). * Lead **internal quality audits** on site, identifying systemic nonconformities and ensuring timely resolution. * Coordinate with the **Construction Management Department** to implement preventive and corrective actions arising from quality findings. * Manage departmental KPIs: nonconformance rate, resolution time, cost of poor quality, and delivery satisfaction. * Collaborate with the **After-Sales Department** to analyze recurring complaints and address root causes within the construction process. * Support the **Projects Department** in reviewing technical drawings and specifications prior to launching new construction phases. * Represent Grupo Sali before **INFONAVIT** and external verification bodies during inspections and external quality audits. * Promote a **quality culture** across all organizational levels, aligned with the company’s Kaizen continuous improvement philosophy. * Report directly to the **Construction and Production Management** with executive performance reports for the department. ***WE OFFER:*** * Leadership of the quality department in one of Coahuila’s most ambitious housing projects * A high-impact position with direct reporting to senior management * Competitive managerial salary aligned with the Laguna Region market * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * A rapidly growing company with 17 years of stability and credibility * An organizational culture grounded in responsibility, commitment, and teamwork * ***IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN, WE COVER YOUR HOUSING AND TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES.*** ***!SUBMIT YOUR CV OR GET MORE INFORMATION VIA WHATSAPP!*** ***87 13 58 41 33 / LIC.
