Ensure goal attainment and strengthen the educational experience. **ICEP Campus Director** **Work Location: Durango, city center.** At ICEP, we seek a Campus Director with strategic vision, leadership, and a results-driven mindset—capable of driving enrollment growth, strengthening academic quality, and leading high-performing teams. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead academic, administrative, and commercial management of the campus. * Coordinate and develop teaching, administrative, and commercial teams. * Ensure attainment of educational sales, enrollment, and operational efficiency targets. * Analyze performance indicators and develop continuous improvement strategies. * Strengthen the educational experience and student retention. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). * Experience in leadership or coordination roles within educational institutions. * Demonstrable experience in enrollment management, educational sales, or institutional development. * Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Scholarships to support your ongoing professional development * Opportunities for professional advancement across multiple campuses nationwide, thanks to our institution’s expansion * We seek leaders who drive educational growth and foster development within our academic community.
