MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Personnel management ensuring compliance with performance standards. * Handling and control of documentation related to the maintenance process. * Maintenance metrics management. * Planning and execution of preventive maintenance ensuring optimal conditions and compliance with safety regulations. * Preparation of incident notification forms. * Development, research, and execution of cost-saving projects. * Monitoring and evaluation of supplier services. * Maintaining an updated equipment inventory. * Preparing requisitions for equipment procurement. * Coordination of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: * Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Experience in the industrial sector in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, electrical installations, pneumatic installations. * Knowledge of panel construction, electrical testing, and preferably torque equipment. * Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards and ISO 14001 Environmental Standards. * Experience in energy management systems and automated control equipment with PLC.
