Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in machinery and diesel trucks to inspect, plan, and supervise equipment and facility maintenance, train technicians, and manage inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and training of maintenance technicians 2. Comprehensive management of machinery and diesel truck maintenance 3. Project coordination and assurance of quality standards Position to be filled in Gomez Palacio, Durango Maintenance Supervisor for machinery and diesel trucks Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic engineering or related field. 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience; valid driver's license required; ability to drive manual transmission vehicles; extensive experience managing maintenance for fleets of at least 50 trucks and machinery units. * Conduct regular inspections of transportation equipment units and machinery to identify issues and required maintenance * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and required maintenance * Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign tasks * Supervise and train maintenance technicians * Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.) * Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance * Supervise inventory of materials and equipment * Participate in project coordination (e.g., renovations) * Maintain inventory records of diesel fuel loaded into units * Maintain inventory records of supplies used by the Maintenance Department * Request necessary maintenance supplies from the Purchasing Department * Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $19,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
