You will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes—from job profile definition through to hiring—ensuring the onboarding of qualified candidates aligned with the organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Develop job descriptions. * Post vacancies on job boards and social media. * Conduct active candidate sourcing. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Administer and analyze psychometric and technical assessments. * Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. * Verify professional references. * Prepare candidate reports and track recruitment processes. * Manage job offers and the hiring process. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Conduct medical examinations. * Conduct home visits. * Field recruitment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing. * Experience using job boards. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training.
