We are seeking our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE** **What skills and experience do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with official degree and professional license (MANDATORY) * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health * Experience in safety and hygiene * Knowledge of implementing STPS regulatory frameworks (NOM-030) * Reside near the area * Own vehicle **What responsibilities will you have?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Ensure compliance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. * Perform recordkeeping, reporting, form completion, communications, and advisory services in occupational health. * Participate in safety and hygiene activities aimed at preventing occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance with sanitary emergency response plans. * Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment, * Hazardous Biological-Infectious Waste (HB-IW), logs). * Manage clinical records in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, Clinical Records. * Conduct and interpret health assessments for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Process and issue permits for high-risk tasks. * Implement and monitor compliance with the wellness program. **What do we offer, and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $16,848.00 * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers: $1,013.00 per month * Gasoline vouchers: $2,500.00 per month * Courses and training with academic credit value * Uniform with annual renewal * Overtime pay **What is your work schedule?** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Saturday, 08:00–13:00 hrs **Where will you work?** Federal Highway Torreón-Jiménez km 132.400 Ceballos, Mapimí, Durango **Does this sound like the right opportunity?
