Honest, focused on good 360° working relationships. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervision of technical personnel for maintenance. * Continuously develop improvement initiatives. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in their area. * Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and machinery. * Perform corrective maintenance tasks. * Field application of basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic activities. * Management of external suppliers. * Optimal management of all available resources (human, materials, time, resources). * Coordinated and efficient collaboration with other departments related to maintenance functions. * Performance reports and indicators. * Analysis and management of equipment spare parts inventory levels. * Planning of annual preventive maintenance programs. * Generate purchase requisitions for spare parts, services, etc. * Control and tracking of personnel payroll. * Explore supplier options to improve service times and operational costs. * Availability based on job and operational needs. * Seek cost-saving opportunities and efficient resource management. * Engage in fieldwork analyzing and repairing various equipment issues.
