Development and implementation of fleet usage policies **Job Objective** Administer, control, and optimize the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring proper operation, timely maintenance, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization to support the company’s operational activities. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Manage fleet inventory (owned and/or leased vehicles). * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Control fleet-related expenses (fuel, services, spare parts, insurance). * Supervise appropriate vehicle usage by employees. * Manage vehicle-related procedures: insurance, inspections, license plates, registration fees, and permits. * Coordinate repairs with workshops and external suppliers. * Implement policies and procedures for fleet usage. * Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance. * Respond to and report accidents, incidents, and claims. * Prepare cost, status, and performance reports for the fleet. * Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field). * Experience: 2–3 years in fleet administration or similar positions. * Knowledge: * Vehicle maintenance * Cost control * Traffic regulations * Supplier management * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems (GPS experience preferred). * Valid driver’s license. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and control * Cost analysis * Effective communication * Problem solving * Supplier negotiation * Working under pressure **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Vehicle availability * Maintenance cost per vehicle * Fuel consumption * Compliance with scheduled maintenance * Incidents and accidents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
