Proactivity, preventive thinking, and integrity **ASSET SECURITY LEADER** **Job Objective:** Ensure the protection of the company’s assets, facilities, information, and personnel through the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of asset security strategies and protocols. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and supervise physical and asset security plans. * Coordinate and evaluate internal security personnel and/or private security companies. * Conduct inspection rounds in critical or high-risk areas. * Investigate incidents of theft, damage, or loss, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Maintain constant communication with external authorities and security agencies. * Manage access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems. * Prepare security reports and metrics for senior management. * Train staff on security protocols and emergency response. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Security, Administration, Criminology, or related field. * **Experience:** 5–10 years in asset, industrial, or corporate security. * **Skills:** Leadership, decision-making, risk analysis, effective communication. * **Knowledge:** Security regulations, crisis management, surveillance technologies. **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity and preventive thinking. * Ability to work under pressure. * Integrity and confidentiality. ***We Offer:*** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $17,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
