**Assistant Branch Manager** **Position Objective:** Support the comprehensive management of the branch, ensuring its optimal operational, commercial, and administrative performance. Supervise the work team, coordinate sales strategies, control inventory and shrinkage, and ensure effective execution of commercial and promotional plans, aiming to maximize profitability and achieve organizational goals. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal policies. * Participate in planning and executing short- and long-term commercial strategies. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, inventory, product turnover, shrinkage, etc.) to implement continuous improvements. * Lead and motivate the work team, ensuring a positive work environment focused on goal achievement. * Supervise inventory control and management, ensuring proper product rotation and reduction of shrinkage. * Design and develop in-store displays and marketing strategies to increase product and brand visibility. * Coordinate and execute promotional events, ensuring their proper implementation and evaluation of results. * Prepare monthly reports on sales, operational performance, and activities conducted, including analysis and improvement proposals. * Develop and implement programs contributing to increased sales, improved customer service, and operational efficiency. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions within the commercial sector, preferably with experience in retail, department stores, or supermarkets. **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory management * Shrinkage control * Sales and marketing strategies * Reporting and analysis of commercial metrics * Point-of-sale displays and promotions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
