Job stability and paid training **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** A private security company is seeking a **Shift Supervisor (SS)** with experience in personnel management, incident control, reporting, and adherence to security instructions. **WORK LOCATION:** * MIGUEL HIDALGO (near San Joaquín metro station) **SERVICE:** CORPORATE **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during the shift. * Control access for employees, visitors, and suppliers. * Record entries and exits in logbooks. * Conduct security patrols in assigned areas. * Immediately report incidents or anomalies. * Ensure compliance with security instructions and protocols. * Provide support during emergencies (evacuation, basic first aid). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as Shift Supervisor, Supervisor, or similar role. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and personnel management experience. * Age: 25 to 50 years old. * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid documentation (original and copy: military service discharge certificate, academic transcript, and birth certificate). **SCHEDULE:** 12x12 shifts from Monday to Friday (start time: 7 a.m.) **GENDER:** Unrestricted **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $ 12,000.00 monthly, net. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements starting on day one. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, vacation days plus vacation bonus, year-end bonus, life insurance, savings fund, school supplies allowance, bereavement assistance, paid leave, profit sharing, and biweekly salary advances. * Uniform and equipment provided at no cost. * Paid training and meal support. * Job stability.
