We are currently seeking a leadership position as Maintenance Manager: Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in Maintenance Management roles within the metalworking or woodworking industries, with supervisory responsibility over personnel. * Extensive knowledge of: industrial floor maintenance, industrial instrumentation, CNC systems, pneumatics, compressors, and electrical equipment and installations operating at 220–440 VAC; development of maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective); and management of work teams. * Skills: Service-oriented attitude, results-driven, conflict resolution, sense of urgency, adaptability, and negotiation.
