




***Sales Manager.*** Company specialized in construction finishes and claddings such as flagstone, quarry stone, marble, and granite. **Purpose of the Position** Design and implement the **national commercial strategy**, ensuring achievement of the sales plan, channel profitability, and sustainable brand growth, coordinating the sales team under a corporate expansion vision. **Main Responsibilities** Commercial Planning Develop the annual commercial plan (targets, promotions, channels, campaigns). Define pricing policies, discounts, and monthly promotions. Coordinate with General Management on regional and channel-specific objectives. Sales Management Oversee achievement of individual and team targets. Hold monthly meetings with sales coordinators and executives. Analyze channel profitability, average transaction value, and inventory turnover. Support strategic negotiations and high-value deal closures. Customer Relations and Alliances Develop relationships with corporate clients and distributors. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and design events. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content, and product promotion.
